I have registered but have not had the activation email?

When you register an automated email is sent to the address you supplied. This happens instantly but can take up to 24hrs due to internet traffic or any other issues. If you can not find the email, it may be because:

  • It has gone in to your spam/junk folder
  • Your email account has bounced it
  • You mistyped your email address when registering

To resolve this, please email us your details (employee number, email address and name), and we will manually activate your account and amend the email address if mistyped.
