You’ll need to print off these e-tickets and take with you to the event, along with your Partner Discount Card and photo ID.
Tickets must be printed and will NOT be accepted if shown your mobile device.
If your event is within 5 days and you have not received your tickets (please check your junk/spam folders sometimes they drop in there because of the attachments) then please email us on: partnership_leisure_activities@johnlewis.co.uk stating:
- The event name
- The date of the event
- Event time, if there are multiple performances on the date
- The location of the event
This will help us locate your booking/purchase and advise you further.
Please note that we work office hours Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.30, if you emailed outside of these hours we will not respond until the next working day. If your event is over a weekend you must contact us by 15.00 on the Friday to allow us time to advise.
