- Enter a ballot.
- If at any point you decide to withdraw from a ballot, you can do this by clicking on your email address (top right of the screen, and clicking on 'Orders', Then select the ballot and click on the 'Trash Bin' icon).
- Once the ballot takes place you will be emailed ONLY if you have won. Please check junk/spam folders (the email will be sent from: registrations@partnerchoice.co.uk).
- You can also check the status of the ballot by clicking on your email address (top right of the website and then 'Ballots'. (If the status of the ballot says 'awaiting ballot' after the ballot has ended, this means tickets may still be re-balloted as below. It will show 'Pending' until all the tickets have been bought. Once this happens the status will change to 'Lost' if you had not been picked in any re-ballot).
- If you win the ballot, you will have 5 days* (from the date of the email notification) to make the on-line payment (via a Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card only). After this time you will lose your tickets and they will be re-balloted. You can pay via the link from the congratulations email, or by logging in to PartnerChoice.co.uk and clicking on your name (top right) and 'Ballots'. Full terms and conditions about tickets and payment can be found here.
- If you do not win, you may still get a chance! Partners who were successful in the ballot have 5 days to pay for their tickets (from the date of the ballot). If a Partner fails to pay or they decide to decline the tickets, the system re-ballots them. This means you may get an email congratulating you on getting tickets. If this does happen and you no longer want them, don’t worry you can choose to withdraw and the process will repeat.
- When a ballot has less than 40 days to re-run before the event date, and tickets are unsold, these will be advertised as 'buy Now'. This means the tickets will be on sale to any Partner first come first served, on the website.
- The new 'Ballots' area within your account will hold all the information required. From here you can see what ballots you have won, lost or pending. You can then withdraw from a ballot or view the ballot details. This is also the area where you make the on-line payment and it will show you how many days are left to pay.
