After fully completing the course, complete the on-line Leisure Learning Claim Form. You must attach to this form the receipt and paperwork for the class/course. (We no longer issue attendance cards, Partners must obtain a receipt).
Print the form and send with receipt to the Personnel Administration Centre at Bracknell. If you are sending your form from a branch, please ensure that it goes through Personnel in the Personnel bag.

- If you have logged onto the Partner intranet using your employee/retired Partner number please go to the Leisure Learning claim form. Enter the generic user name and password: User name: pconnect

You must claim before the end of the year to which your claim relates (The year runs from 1 February to 31 January), your receipts must reflect the length of the course for which you are claiming.
For ongoing classes you should collate your receipts and claim every few months and not after each class, this will help cut down the administration.
You must claim within two months of the last tutorial of a course, or the date of a one-off lesson, residential course, or course taken abroad. For courses taken abroad your claim must be supported by information in English about the course and tutor (for example their qualifications) and a receipt for the fee. If the receipt is in a foreign currency you must provide details of the rate of exchange at the time and the equivalent cost in sterling.
