Thank you for your reservation, we are very pleased you have chosen to stay at Ambleside Park and include some information that we hope you will find useful and enhances your stay with us.
Upon arrival, please make your way to Reception in the main building, all members of your party will need to register with us. The Front of House team will offer you a warm welcome and will run through the things you need to know while staying with us. You will be provided with a room key and information you require to make your stay relaxed and comfortable.
Hotel rooms are available from 2pm, and hostel rooms from 3pm on the day of arrival. Due to the new cleaning regime if you arrive earlier than this time and your room isn’t ready we would ask you to wait outside the hotel to allow the team to complete their tasks as quickly and safely as possible.
Ensuring you have an enjoyable and happy stay with us is our priority and we would ask you to read the welcome letter and the safety notices in your room and check for yourself the marked routes and exits to be used in case of fire.
Guests arriving after 5pm are requested to contact Ambleside Park on 015394 32571 or firstname.lastname@example.org to advise them of an estimated time of arrival.
The hotel does not have a lift so please ensure your luggage is of a manageable size and weight that you can carry to your room.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00am and keys handed back to Reception. All charges will be made to your room during your stay and the final account should be settled as you leave us. Payment should be made by credit/debit card only (no Amex).
