In response to Covid-19 we have made a number of changes to our normal check in and out process. This is to ensure our housekeeping team have sufficient time to complete additional cleaning within our accommodation.
Upon arrival we would ask only one member of your party to report to reception to check in and where possible this should always be the partner who made the booking. Please remember to bring your partner discount card with you. We will be limiting numbers in reception to two customers at any one time and therefore would kindly ask that you wait outside reception until other customers have finished checking in.
We will be asking you to book a check in time before arrival, it is not essential you arrive at this time however we would kindly ask that you do not arrive prior to your allotted check in time as we will still be preparing your lodge for you. Each check in time will also have an allotted check out time which we would ask partners to adhere to so our housekeeping partners can access your accommodation on time to begin cleaning for the next guests.

Safari Tents & Ready Pitched Tents
Check in for Safari Tents and Ready Pitched Tents is 4pm with a check out time of 11am. We are unable to offer an early check in for Tents at this time
Tent and Caravan Pitches
Check in for Tent and Caravan pitches is between 1pm and 8pm. If reception is unmanned when you arrive please report to the restaurant where a member of the team will check you in. Check out for pitches is 12.00pm
Settling your billYour final bill will need to be settled on the morning of your departure either by cash, cheque, credit or debit card (not American Express). You are welcome to settle your bill the day before you leave.
