CLARITY ( Mawasem) is the Partnership's official business partner for sourcing, booking and payment of all branch social events and AGM Venue Bookings.
When you have any thoughts or ideas for events, then they are your first point of call and will help bring your ideas and desires to fruition.
Clarity Travel Management have a dedicated team of experts who can handle all of your coach, venue, tickets and party requirements. Some of the benefits of using CLARITY include full bill back to the Partnership for all bookings, and travel disruption and crisis management for travellers in the event of an emergency.
NB - if CLARITY pay only for your event and do not book for you then you are responsible for completing the Risk Assessment also found on the Professional Users page on Partnerchoice
Regardless of the destination or the size of the group their vastly experienced team will source and recommend hotels, unique locations, venues and coach companies that best match your event objectives.

DO NOT approach your preferred supplier before contacting CLARITY, if you have one in mind, but inform CLARITY of your preferred supplier.
Once the initial contact and invoicing has been sorted between yourselves and the CLARITY booking team, you are of course able to work with the venue directly on added details etc to ensure your event is as you required.
Any queries for payments from CLARITY by suppliers should be directed back to CLARITY as the contract is then with them.
To assist in CLARITY sourcing and payments of your events please can you e mail firstname.lastname@example.org (from your dedicated leisure mail box copying in your branch manager ) or call 0333 014 6074 with the following info :
·Expected number of delegates
·Venue contact details and invoice from venue
·Agreed costs ( including any postage) and your branch number
Your branch number and e mail 'CC's must be clearly stated so they can charge your account with the correct audit trail or this will delay the process further.
If you have booked tickets through CLARITY they will only chase the postage of these tickets if you inform them that you have not received them - so make sure you keep track of all tickets you are waiting for.
All booking for coaches must be carried out through CLARITY directly - cheque requests or credit card payments will not be actioned.
