All bookings must be continued to be sourced and booked via Clarity and not sourced locally, then asking Clarity to pay. This ensures Partner and the Partnership are sourcing and adhering to the safest and most current government COVID guidelines. All venues that are booked must supply proof of a current COVID secure certification with the 5 points signed document and related risk assessment for social distancing and operations which Clarity will confirm or the booking will not take place. Clarity will also advise bookers of the venues 'track and trace policy'. Clarity will advise the refund policy that you will be entering into should a cancellation be necessary. This ensures we do not risk the financial wellbeing of Partners and the business.
Before undertaking any enquires, bookers should make themselves aware and consider with their site managers the safety and possible implications of any such bookings in the current and ever-changing times.
