When an activity is a joint initiative between two or more branches, all LBC's/Social Committees must agree the same level of subsidy and contribute according to the number of their Partners participating.
If the branches involved incur different expenses due to travel, additional subsidy may be given for this by the branch and this will need to be explained to Partners.
Where one branch organises an activity which is then offered to other branches to make up the numbers, the host branch should cover the subsidy, unless otherwise negotiated.
Where a branch with an LBC works with a branch without, the LBC will arrange for funds to be taken from the smaller branches. Where smaller branches work together, funds can be directed from the appropriate accounts by using the Internal Charge form.
