The rules of courtesy expected of Partners at work are also expected of them when participating in leisure activities organised and subsided by the Partnership and a serious view will be taken of any unsporting or unacceptable behaviour while participating in Partnership events (such as special events).
Partners are responsible for the behaviour of their guests for whom the same high standard of behaviour is expected as from Partners. This rule applies even if the Partner is unable to attend the function at the last minute, for example due to illness. If a guest's behaviour leads to them being asked to leave the function/coach etc. The Partner may also be asked to leave.
In the event of unacceptable behaviour the name, department or section of any Partner, or their guest, causing disruption should be given to the Head of Branch at the earliest opportunity.
