First please save the following email address to your contacts: passwords@partnerchoice.co.uk (this is so the reset password email link appears in your inbox. If you do not your email account may block or spam the password rest email).
If you have forgotten your password, go to the home page (www.partnerchoice.co.uk) and click 'Forgotten your password' (found under the 'sign in' area).
You will need to fill in your email address and employee number. An email will be sent to you, with a link to reset your password (the link is only valid for 24 hrs, after this time you will need to repeat the process).
Please remember to check your junk and/or spam folders in case it gets sent there.
If you are still not getting the reset email (which should not take longer than a few minutes) and have added the email address (passwords@partnerchoice.co.uk) to your contacts list, please email us at: partnerchoice@johnlewis.co.uk
To reset or change your password login to PartnerChoice. Click on your email address in the top right corner. Click on 'Account' and then click on 'Change Password'.
