First please save the following email address to your contacts: passwords@partnerchoice.co.uk (this is so the reset password email link appears in your inbox. If you do not your email account may block or spam the password rest email).
If you have forgotten your password, go to the home page (www.partnerchoice.co.uk) and click 'Forgotten your password' (found under the sign in area).
You will need to fill in your email address and employee number. An email will be sent to you, with a link to reset your password. If you are still not getting the reset email (should not take longer than 24hrs) and have added the email address (passwords@partnerchoice.co.uk) to your contacts list, please email us at: support@jlpleisurebenefits.zendesk.com
To reset or change your password login to PartnerChoice. Click on your email address in the top right corner. Click on 'Profile' and then click on 'Edit your details' under the Account Details heading (a box will pop up with your details). Finally, click on 'Change password'.
