A few details we'd appreciate
We should have all your details already stored in our system and you should hopefully have received our confirmation email before you arrived. If you have any dietary requirements or special requests please let us know before your arrival so we can do our best to accommodate you. Guests arriving after 5pm are requested to make their way to the bar area to pick up their room key package.
Arrival
Reception can be found within the Serenity building. You will be provided with a room key and all the information you require to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. Ensuring you have an enjoyable and happy stay with us is our priority and we would ask you to read the guest guidebook and safety notices, in your room.
Check-in is from 2 pm when everything will have been prepared for you.To book an early check in or late check out please contact the Central Reservations Team. This is at an additional charge.
Accessibility & luggage
Much of our accommodation uses split level access that includes steps or steep slopes. The hotel does not have a lift so please ensure your luggage is of a manageable size and weight that you can carry to your room.
If you require special assistance, please do contact our Reception ahead of your stay. We will endeavour to help in any way possible.
Departure
Check out time is strictly 10 am. Please come and check out at reception before leaving, handing the key(s) back.
All charges will be made to your room during your stay and the final account should be settled as you leave us.
Our Partnership Hotel operates a card payment only service. Payment should be made by credit/debit card only (no Amex).
