Laundry
Laundry facilities are available on-site and charged at a rate of £2 per wash and £2 per dry.
An iron and ironing board are available in the guest laundry. Also available in the guest laundry is a microwave to heat up baby food. An access key and timed slot must be arranged through our reception team.
Wifi & phone reception
There is free Wi-Fi across the hotel for your use. Details of how to connect can be found at Reception. Due to our rural location, the Wi-Fi speed may be slower than what you're accustomed to at home. For optimal performance, especially if you're working during your stay, we recommend using the Wi-Fi available in our public areas. The service is provided for your enjoyment but you are responsible for safe and appropriate use and complying with all laws. There is normally a good 4G signal for all networks.
We are in a rural location and our signal can be intermittent and not always guaranteed.

Serenity Spa & pool area
Our purpose-built Serenity complex enjoys panoramic views across Llyn Tegid (Bala Lake) towards the Arenig mountain. The Spa provides a beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub. Some restrictions may apply to the use of the pool area, more detail will be included in your welcome pack.
