We realise that our Partners look forward to the opportunity to attend our VIP arena experiences and we will endeavour to ensure that events can be attended.
Partners that have tickets for events will be informed if there is a change to it. We will be in touch with you with a course of action.
If you are attending an event below and have not received a message about any of the below events, please check your junk/spam folder.
If the event you are attending is not listed, there is no change and it is going ahead as planned, please do not email us about it, we will email you if there are any changes. Tickets will be available in the AXS app no less than 24 hours before the event.

All Partners affected by a cancelled event will be emailed by the Wellbeing ticketing team to inform them of the refund process.
If you are due to attend a concert where we are waiting for an update, we will contact you in due course as we receive information from the venue.
