Partnership Suite Tickets
Finding your favourite acts on partnerchoice.co.uk
- In the top left of your screen, click 'Menu' or the 3 horizontal lines (this shows when using a mobile device)
- In the menu that appears, click ‘Tickets’, 'Partnership Suites' or 'Partnership Events'
- Scroll to find a great act, and click anywhere in the box
Select your tickets
- Select your chosen location (or a single venue shows automatically)
- Select your chosen date (or a single date shows automatically)
- Prices will appear automatically
- Click ‘Buy Now’
Paying for your tickets
- Enter the number of tickets needed... accept Ts&Cs and click ‘Checkout’
- Enter your address and card details... use the arrow buttons to move down to the next section... until each section has a tick...
- Click 'Confirm & Pay'
- The tick confirms your payment has gone through
How you will receive your tickets
- The Terms and Conditions you agreed to stated how you would receive your tickets, but here’s a reminder:

You will be sent an email to the email address that's registered on Partnerchoice.co.uk at the time you made your purchase, normally 5-10 days, but no later than 24 hours before the event date from AXS.com.
You’ll need to download The O2 Venue event app OR the Wembley Arena Venue app to retrieve your tickets. Please follow the instructions on how to register an account (or log in if you already have an account). Please take your device with the app with you to the event, along with your Partner Discount Card and photo ID.
