Difficulties accessing the website

The Partner Intranet has been relaunched on a different platform and logging in from your own device is now different for working and Retired Partners.

Working Partners require an app called Ping ID to verify their Partnership Google account. You will need to have completed the Ping ID download and setup process whether you intend to login outside of work or not. To find out to how use Ping ID visit: johnlewispartnership.co.uk/accounthelp

If you need any further assistance accessing the Partner Intranet, please access Service Now using this link. Once on Service Now follow the steps below:

  1. Use the REPORT AN ISSUE button from the main menu bar
  2. On the next screen select SYSTEMS
  3. Select Partner Intranet from the systems listed and then select the description that best fits your issue

Retired Partners need to access a modified version of the old Intranet at this address: retired.partnerintranet.co.uk
