The JLP Intranet has been relaunched on a different platform and logging in from your own device is different for working and Retired Partners.
The Intranet now requires Partners to sign in with their Partnership-provided Google account when using their own device and this needs to be verified by an app called Ping ID. Ping ID sends a notification to your phone or tablet when accessing work applications from outside of the Partnership network, but you need to have completed the setup process whether you intend to login outside of work or not.
Details on how to download and install Ping ID can be found here: johnlewispartnership.co.uk/accounthelp. Alternatively you can view the Ping ID poster (PDF) at the end of this article.
The address of the Partner Intranet remains the same: www.partnerintranet.co.uk
The Intranet now requires Partners to sign in with their Partnership-provided Google accounts, which Retired Partners do not have. While the business works to get Retired Partners access to the new system, which is anticipated for autumn of this year, Retired Partners will need to access a modified version of the old intranet at retired.partnerintranet.co.uk. If you’re having trouble accessing the website, please contact Partner Support.
