A few details we'd appreciate
We should have all your details already stored in our system and you should hopefully have received our confirmation email before you arrived. If you have any dietary requirements or special requests please let us know before your arrival so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Guests arriving after 6.30 pm are requested to please let us know your estimated arrival time ahead of your stay.
Arrival
Reception can be found just round from our Abbas Bar. You will be provided with a room key and all the information you require to make your stay relaxed and comfortable.
Check-in is from 3 pm when everything will have been prepared for you.
At the time of booking an early check in for £20 can be purchased, Early Check-in is 12pm. It is also possible to purchase a late check out of 12pm in advance.
Accessibility & luggage
Much of our accommodation uses split level access. The hotel does not have a lift so please ensure your luggage is of a manageable size and weight that you can carry to your room.
If you require special assistance, please do contact our Reception ahead of your stay. We will endeavour to help in any way possible.
Departure
Check out time is strictly 10 am. Please come and check out at reception before leaving, handing the key(s) back.
All charges will be made to your room during your stay and the final account should be settled as you leave us.
Payment should be made by credit/debit card only (no Amex) where ever possible
