When do I get my O2 Suite tickets?

Tickets will be delivered to you digitally via the AXS app from 3 days before and no less than 24 hours before the scheduled event. Sometimes there is a delay in getting tickets transferred due to the promoter, but you should have your tickets at least 24 hours before the event

Please look out for an email from AXS.com to the email address that's registered on Partnerchoice.co.uk at the time you made your purchase, notifying you your tickets are available (keep an eye on your junk folder as it sometimes ends up in there).

Even if you have not received your email from us, your tickets will likely be available in the app, so do log in or register (using the same email that you purchased your tickets through on PartnerChoice) and have a look.

Please see further details below if you've not received your ticket within this time frame.

Accessing your tickets

You’ll need to download/login to the O2 event app retrieve your tickets. Please follow the instructions on how to register an account (PDF guide available at the end of this page).

If you don't have an AXS.com account you will also be asked (within the O2 app) to register/login for this too.  When you “Tap for Tickets”, this is the gateway to AXS which is where the tickets are sitting so, if you already have an AXS account this is where you sign in with the email address and password.  If you don’t have an AXS account, this is where you create it by putting in name, email address that the tickets have been sent to and create a password – an email will then be sent to that inbox to verify your account.  The device should then refresh and the tickets should be there on the App.

Please be aware of the following:

- You must use the same email as the one the tickets were sent to

- You will be asked where you purchased your tickets, select AXS.com

- It will ask you to login to AXS (see above). This is not the same as your O2 app login, and if this is your first time accessing the platform, you'll need to create a login by clicking "register".  Again you must use the same email as the one the tickets were sent to.

- You'll need to verify the account (please check your junk/spam folders if you don't receive the verification email).

- Ensure you've accepted the T&Cs to allow the system to link to the account to show your tickets & refreshed the app

 

Please take your device with the app  with you to the event, along with your Partner Discount Card and photo ID. Tickets must be shown on your mobile device and the bar code will be scanned to allow you entry to the venue and suite.

If your event is within 5 days and you have not received your ticket email notification (please check your junk/spam folders sometimes they drop in there because of the attachments) then please email us at: partnerchoice@johnlewis.co.uk stating:

  • The event name
  • The date of the event
  • Event time, if there are multiple performances on the date
  • The location of the event

This will help us locate your booking/purchase and advise you further.

Please note that we work office hours Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00, if you email outside of these hours we will not respond until the next working day.  If your event is over a weekend you must contact us by 15.00 on the Friday to allow us time to advise.
