- Download the O2 Venue app OR the Wembley Venue app and log in (create a login if you need). You must use the same email as the one the tickets were sent to
- Click on "my tickets" along the bottom of the screen.
- It will ask you to login to AXS. This is not the same as your O2 app login, and if this is your first time accessing the platform, you'll need to create a login by clicking "register". Again you must use the same email as the one the tickets were sent to.
- You'll also need to verify both accounts (please check your junk/spam folders if you don't receive the verification emails).
- Ensure you've accepted the T&Cs to allow the system to link to the account to show your tickets & refreshed the app
- Once you've done this, tickets will show up here.
If you're still having issues, you can try downloading AXS app separately and accessing your tickets via that.
