The O2 arena is ‘cashless’. This is to speed up transactions and reduce customers’ waiting times. The O2 has found there has been a big shift towards customers paying with a card rather than cash in recent times.
What does this mean for me?
Following the introduction of the in-suite ordering tablets, it is now much easier to order and pay for food and beverage within your Suite. If you haven’t yet used the tablets, you can order and pay by card or contactless payment in just a few easy steps, and receive your receipt straight to your email account.
We will still have a small number of places on both Suite Levels where you can pay by cash, with both concourse bars accepting cash and card payments, for both food and beverage.
Can I still use cash in the restaurants and bars outside the arena?
Yes, you can. Once you enter the arena, it will be cashless
