We are pleased to be able to welcome dogs to stay on site in some of our lodges, Safari Tents and Bell Tents and there are no longer restrictions during school holidays so dogs are welcome all season.
Planning your journey and stay
Please do not enter the Lodges & Camping site postcode into a navigation system as this will direct to the site via a single track road not suitable for access to our site. Instead, we recommend before the start of your journey you choose from either of the following two routes:
Postcode: SO20 6JG- approaching from Leckford Village
Postcode: SO20 6DE -approaching from the Leckford Hutt (Clos Du Marquis French Restaurant) junction
By clicking either link it will open Google Maps and the endpoint (our address) will be filled in. You simply need to type in your starting point. We advise checking your chosen route before setting off.
From Leckford Village
Turn off the A3057 by the village shop (Winchester Street) & drive for 1.4 miles until you reach a crossroads where you turn right & follow the sign to Leckford Lodges.
From Leckford Hutt
Turn off the A30 by the Leckford Hutt signposted to Leckford. Drive 0.8 miles until you reach a crossroads where you turn left and follow the sign to Leckford Lodges.

Waitrose shopping & delivery
Why not save some space in your car by booking a Waitrose delivery for your arrival day? When booking your delivery please ensure you book a time slot for after your arrival as we will not be able to accept deliveries on your behalf. Our address for delivery is Leckford Lodges and Camping, SO20 6BZ.
If you are staying in our accommodation we will direct the delivery driver to your accommodation, if you are staying in your accommodation please look out for the driver when they arrive.
A few details we'd appreciate
We should have all your details already stored in our system and you should hopefully have received our confirmation email before you arrived. If you have any dietary requirements or special requests please let us know before your arrival so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Guests arriving after 5 pm are requested to please let us know your estimated arrival time ahead of your stay.
Arrival
Reception can be found in the main lodge building just right from the Apple press Restaurant. You will be provided with all the information you require to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. Ensuring you have an enjoyable and happy stay with us is our priority and we would ask you to read the guest guidebook and safety notices provided.
On occasion, our team may be away from the reception desk when you arrive. If so, please report to the Apple Press Restaurant where a member of the team will be on hand to help.
Check-in & check-out times- Lodges
Check-in is from 4 pm when everything will have been prepared for you.
Check-out is 10am (9.30am check out if staying with a dog)
If you plan to arrive earlier than 4pm then a limited number of early check in's are available and can be requested by emailing leckford.lodges@johnlewis.co.uk. These cannot be guaranteed however we will do our best to have your lodge ready early.
Safari Tents & Bell Tents
Check-in is from 4 pm when everything will have been prepared for you.
Check-out is strictly 11 am
Tent & Caravan Pitches
Check-in is from 1 pm when your pitch will have been prepared for you.
Check-out is strictly 12 pm
Accessibility & luggage
Please ensure your luggage is of a manageable size and weight that you can carry to your accommodation.
If you require special assistance, please do contact our Reception ahead of your stay. We will endeavor to help in any way possible.
If during your stay you or any member of your group would require assistance in the event of an evacuation you must inform reception.
Departure
Please come and check out at reception before leaving, handing the key(s) back. You are welcome to settle your bill the day before you leave.
All charges will be made to your booking during your stay and the final account should be settled as you leave us.
Our Partnership Hotel operates a card payment only service. Payment should be made by credit/debit card only (no Amex).
