Laundry
Laundry facilities are available on-site. An iron and ironing board are available also. Access can be arranged through our Lodges and Camping reception team.
Reception opening hours
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Friday: 8.00 am – 8.00 pm
A selection of everyday essentials can be purchased from our small shop at Reception, which includes items such as bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, and tinned foodstuffs.
Camping facilities
Toilets, showers and washing up facilities are available in the main Orchard Lodge building & Apple Press restaurant building and are open 24 hours per day.
Camping guests have use of fridges and Freezers in the wash-up room and a microwave is provided for warming baby food.
There is a grey water waste point located outside of the washing up room which can be used by caravans/motor homes and campers. There is a chemical waste point located close to the caravan/motor home pitches, please be aware this does not allow for "drive-over" waste disposal.
Wifi & phone reception
Free Wi-Fi is available in the Apple Press Restaurant and the Orchard Lodge Games Room. This is not available in your accommodation. Details of how to connect are located these can be found at Reception.
The service is provided for your enjoyment but you are responsible for safe and appropriate use and complying with all laws. If there is any loss of service please contact us at reception. There is a good 4G signal for all networks.
(We are in a very rural location and on occasion, our signal can be intermittent and not always guaranteed.)
Bike hire
A selection of mountain bikes are available for hire. These are adult size bikes and are not suitable for young children. Bikes are available to hire between 8 am and 5 pm but we advise that you hire your bikes early morning to make the most of your hire charge. Hire is charged at £5 per bike per day.
Games room
Our games room offers a space for children to let off steam with playstation, table tennis and table football. The Games room is open 08:00-21:45 weekends and school holidays. Midweek term time the Games room may used for business meetings, if we have no business bookings the games room will be setup and available to use.
Children's play area
We have a play area suitable for under 5's which includes a sandpit, hideaway house, climbing frame and swings. For older children, there is a larger play area to let them burn off some energy. All children must be supervised at all times in our play areas.Leckford Lodges Dog Paddock

Ideal for reactive, timid, rescue, nervous/anxious, old/deaf, or puppy dogs, our paddock provides a safe environment for exploration, play, and relaxation. Fresh water and seating are available for your comfort.
For resident campsite & lodge users, we offer a free communal session for dogs to socialise.

Leckford Lodges Dog Paddock prioritises a safe and enjoyable experience. Key rules ensure a secure environment:
- Keep the gate closed
- Ensure dogs are healthy and vaccinated
- Supervise dogs at all times
- Owners must be present at all times
- Clean up after your dog/s, using the bins provided
- Dogs must remain on lead until inside the field
- A timely departure is required for the next booking
- Dogs should never be left unattended in vehicles
- The Apple Press cafe welcomes dogs
- XL Bully owners need an exemption certificate and insurance
- The use of choke/shock collars and devices are prohibited
- Please report issues to Leckford Lodges Reception promptly

How will it work -
Booking:
Scan the QR code in reception to book your time slot
or call Leckford Lodges at 01264 810371 to book, payable at reception on the day.
Address: Stockbridge SO20 6BZ.
Charges: £7.50 (£5 for Leckford members and overnight guests), payable at reception on the day.
Slots: 40 minutes.
Arrive early to check in at reception and receive your key.
Depart promptly and return keys to reception at the end of your slot.
Community Use: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
Leckford Lodges Dog Paddock - Terms & Conditions
By making a payment to Leckford Lodges for use of the Dog Paddock, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Liability:
- Leckford Lodges accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury sustained to property, individuals, or animals while using the field.
- Vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owner's risk.
- Leckford Lodges accepts no liability if a dog escapes the field.
- Leckford Lodges is not responsible for any injuries to users, their family, friends, or dogs.
Usage & Rules:
- Site rules and conditions must be adhered to at all times.
- If a user arrives late, the booking time cannot be extended.
- Leckford Lodges team members may access the field at any time for inspections.
- Harsh handling of dogs, whether verbal or physical, is strictly prohibited.
- A maximum of 4 dogs per individual is permitted.
- All visitor names must be provided at the time of booking for insurance purposes.
- Children must be supervised at all times and are not to be responsible for dogs. The facilities are for dogs, not children. Climbing on fences or gates is prohibited.
- Digging by dogs is discouraged; any holes should be reported.
- Parking is only permitted in designated areas.
- Littering is prohibited; users are responsible for disposing of waste in provided bins.
- No customer is allowed in the secure field without prior induction.
- Dogs must remain on a lead until inside the secured field, and the gate must be shut and locked.
- Dogs must not be tethered to any structures on-site (e.g., fencing, posts, gate).
- Arrival at the field should be no more than 5 minutes before the allocated time slot.
- Late arrival does not extend the departure time; users must vacate the field at the required time.
- Appropriate footwear (e.g., wellies or walking boots) is strongly advised due to uneven terrain.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum. - All customers are advised to have insurance for each dog. Owners are fully responsible for their dogs' actions and behaviour.
Data Protection:
- User details are retained solely for booking purposes, as stipulated in planning permission.
- Information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties.
Enforcement:
- Leckford Lodges reserves the right to restrict individual users' access to the field if these rules are broken or ignored.
