To request parking at The O2 please send an email to: ballots@jlpleisurebenefits.zendesk.com
In your request you must provide the following:
In the email header;
- Name of the event
- Date of the event
- Time of event if there are multiple performances
In the body of the email;
- The driver's name (The Partner who is on the guest list)
- The make/model of the car
- The car registration number
Leisure benefits will respond within 48hrs to acknowledge your request for parking.
If your request is successful you will be sent a parking pass with all the details to follow for the day of the event. This will be done in the month of the event, likely around the same time as you will receive your ticket, however, please send requests as soon as you purchase your ticket.
In the event that there are no spaces available we will inform you within 48 hours of your request.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
The car park pass should be shown on entry to car park 4 and then displayed in your car windscreen. Car parking is normally opened 1 hour before performance or from the door opening times on your event ticket.
If you receive a car parking pass from us, you are able to leave your car in the suite holder car park until 10:00am the next day. Please note after 10:00am the hourly rate car park charge will apply. See attached Hourly Tariff PDF below.
