Housekeeping
The housekeeping team will service rooms between arriving and departing guests. If your stay is more than four days and you would like your room serviced, pleased speak with a member of the Housekeeping or Reception team.
If you require any clean towels or extra amenities such as tea and coffee, the team will ensure fresh items are provided.
General waste bins are provided in every bedroom although we encourage guests to recycle where at all possible.
Baby monitors
We do not support the use of "baby monitors" by guests. We are not in a position to know whether a particular piece of equipment will operate correctly from a particular room/house. It is the parent or guardians responsibility to ensure their baby monitoring equipment operates effectively and safely from their accommodation.
