Every floor has a guest utility room in all five of our hotel houses. You will also find a microwave, an iron and ironing board here too.
Wifi & phone reception
There is free Wi-Fi across the hotel for your use. Details of how to connect are located these can be found at Reception.
The service is provided for your enjoyment but you are responsible for safe and appropriate use and complying with all laws. If there is any loss of service please contact us at reception. There is normally a good 4G signal for all networks. However, we are in a Thameside location and sometimes our signal can be intermittent and not always guaranteed in parts of our grounds.

Fishing
Enjoy private access to the River Thames where fishing is permitted. You will need to bring your own equipment, along with a valid and up-to-date fishing license which can be purchased online - https://www.gov.uk/fishing-licences/buy-a-fishing-licence. The Reception team can advise you where you are allowed to fish.
