Odney has five accommodation houses, you could be staying in any one of them. There is short term parking available in the main car park of Lullebrook Manor, to be used whilst you check-in. Each of our residential houses has its own car park.
The main gates to Lullebrook Manor car park are locked each night at 11.15 pm and opened again in the morning at 5.30 am. There is a Night Porter on duty if you need access outside of these times.
As a precaution, we advise that you remove all valuable items out of your car, even those out of sight.
A few details we'd appreciate
We should have all your details already stored in our system and you should hopefully have received our confirmation email before you arrived. If you have any dietary requirements or special requests please let us know before your arrival so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Guests arriving after 7 pm are requested to please let us know your estimated arrival ahead of your stay.
Arrival
Reception can be found within Lullebrook Manor the main building opposite the front lawn. You will be provided with a room key and all the information you require to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. Ensuring you have an enjoyable and happy stay with us is our priority and we would ask you to read the safety notices in your room.
Check-in is from 3 pm when everything will have been prepared for you.
A limited number of early check-ins are available at midday, but these must be booked well in advance. There is a £20 charge for this.
Accessibility & luggage
Much of our accommodation uses split level access. The hotel does not have a lift so please ensure your luggage is of a manageable size and weight that you can carry to your room.
If you require special assistance, please do contact our Reception ahead of your stay. We will endeavour to help in any way possible.
Departure
Check-out time is strictly 10 am. Please come and check out at reception before leaving, handing the key(s) back.
Charges will be made to your room during your stay and the final account should be settled as you leave us. You can always pay as you go, too.
Our Partnership Hotel operates a card payment only service. Payment should be made by credit/debit card only (no Amex).
