How much does Membership Cost?
The current cost of an annual membership is £60 and this price will be reviewed at the end of each financial year.
How do I buy an Odney membership?
By visiting PartnerChoice and selecting the Odney Club membership page.
What do I get for being an Odney member?
The benefits of membership offer great value and can be found on our membership page on PartnerChoice.
Can I add an additional cardholder at any point during my annual membership?
Yes, you can by visiting reception who will advise you of the cost (pro-rata through to the end of your current membership).
Can I cancel my/ my additional cardholders Odney Membership?
No.
Can my additional cardholder be a member of Odney if I am not?
No.
Can I add my children to my Odney membership?
No, dependant children visiting Odney with you are automatically included within your annual membership and do not count as guests.
What happens if I leave the business?
Your Odney membership will cease unless you qualify for our leavers' benefits.
If I leave the business whilst I am still an Odney member, will I get a refund for the remaining months?
No.
I am not an Odney member, can I still visit the Odney Club?
Yes, however, many amenities and events are only free* or exclusive to Odney Members.
As a member, how many guests can I bring for the day?
4 (at quieter times and by prior arrangement, this number may be increased for an additional one-off charge per person). Partners who are not members may bring 2 guests.
As a member, how many guests can stay overnight?

Can I buy an Odney membership at any time during the year?
Yes. Your membership will commence from the date of purchase for 12 months.
Who qualifies as a 'dependant child'
Any children 19 years or under, in full-time education and living at the same address as the Odney member.
Is my partner/ additional cardholder included in my membership?
No, they will be classified as one of your 4 guests.
Can I buy more than one Odney membership?
Yes, you can purchase an Odney membership for your additional cardholder, provided you yourself are an Odney member.
Who can I buy an Odney membership for?
Your additional cardholder and yourself.
My spouse is not my additional cardholder; can I buy them a membership?
No.
Can I pay by direct debit?
No.
Can I pay monthly?
No.
When will my membership run from?
From the date on which you purchase your membership.
Will my membership run out?
Yes, 12 months from the date of purchase. This date will be displayed on your membership card.
Can I buy an Odney membership over the phone?
No.
I am a 'lifetime member'; do I need to rejoin?
No, all existing lifetime memberships are honoured. Lifetime members continue to receive all their original membership benefits, however, they do not qualify for new membership benefits.
I am a retired Partner. Can I buy an Odney membership?
Yes. Annual memberships are available to both working and retired Partners.
Can I buy a 'family membership'?
No.
Can my dependent child visit the Odney club without me?
No.
Can my partner/ spouse/ additional cardholder visit The Odney Club without me?
No, unless having their own Odney membership.
Can my additional cardholder be a member if I am not?
No.
Can I buy an Odney membership for my child?
No, unless they are over the age of 16 and are your additional cardholder.
Can I buy a membership for The Odney Club for anyone not living at the same address as me?
Yes, through our Friends and Family membership scheme you can nominate up to two people at a cost of £500 each p.a. (email our Membership team for more details on this scheme at odney.membership@johnlewis.co.uk).
Can I use my Odney membership at any of the other Partnership hotels?
No.
What happens if I buy an Odney membership and then get made redundant?
It ends unless you are entitled to the benefits in redundancy.
Will I get a membership card?
Yes, this can be collected from The Odney Club reception after purchase - you will need to bring proof of purchase with you.
I am a 'lifetime' member and would like to buy an annual membership for my additional cardholder so that we can both benefit from bringing 4 guests, can I?
Yes, at any point in the future, providing you as the Partner have your lifetime membership, you can purchase an annual membership for your additional cardholder.
I want to bring guests to dine in The Manor; how much do they pay?
All members' guests pay Partner rates (number restrictions apply).
I am staying at the Odney Club, do I need to be a member?
Membership is optional but includes free access to the pool, boats, and tennis courts. Find out more here
