These terms and conditions apply to all JLP Hotels services, offers, and locations. It is imperative that the customer thoroughly reads and comprehends all aspects of these terms and conditions. It is solely the customer's responsibility to do so. Failure to meet these conditions may result in termination of a booking, visit, or future use of any and all of our services/offers.
- All Partners, and Retired Partners who are eligible for benefits during the dates of the proposed stay.
- Retired Partners may only book within 4 weeks of a proposed stay if the stay includes any peak season dates. Retired Partners are asked not to book school holiday dates more than 4 weeks in advance, giving working Partners priority around these times. Please check with your local county council to see the latest school dates. Many thanks for your understanding.
- Odney Club Members and two of their guests can stay at the Odney Club.
- Bookings can be made 12 months in advance at all sites.
- The Partner Rate applies to Partners, additional cardholders when in the same room, dependent children and a guest sharing a room with a Partner.
- The Partner/Retired Partner must be included in, and be present for the duration of the booking.
- Members of the Odney Club may stay at Odney without the Partner being present.
- Odney members can book up to two guests at Partner rate.
Bookings for children are charged at Partner rate (child rate if under 16 years old), provided they fulfil all of the following criteria:
- Are 19 years or under and in full-time education.
- Are dependents of the Partner.
- Live at the same address (permanent address) as the Partner or with another parent/guardian.
- Children under the age of 12 cannot occupy a hotel bedroom on their own (unless the room is adjoining with a connecting door) they must be accompanied by a responsible person aged 16 or over.
There is no restriction on the number of children who can be included in a booking, provided they all meet all of the above criteria.
- The Partner can book a maximum of two additional guests (adults or children) charged at guest rate.
- Two Partners 'living as a couple’/married/civil partnership can only book a maximum of two additional guests (adults or children) in total, charged at guest rate.
- Non-dependant children, of any age, are counted as guests.
Lodges, safari and ready-pitched tents, camping and caravans can be booked for up to 6 people sharing provided the Partner is included in and stays for the duration of the booking.
Children under the age of two are classed as infants and are not chargeable but are entitled to meals, the booking system requires you to select a room configuration that includes a cot/additional bed. If your child is over two but you require a cot then please list the child under the child and request a cot in the special request box for the correct price to be shown on your booking.
Bookings can be made for up to 5 nights for Longstock House, up to 7 nights per booking per caravan and up to 28 nights a the hotels, lodges and camping at Leckford. Minimum duration also applies at some sites (see individual site information on Partnerchoice). You may only make one booking per family/household during high season dates but can book to stay more than once at most locations throughout the year (except for Brownsea Castle & all Partnership Caravans/Lodge, which are limited to one booking per year).
A valid Partnercard (discount card) and/or membership card at Odney must be shown upon arrival as proof of eligibility to stay.
Partners and guests who are over 16 and are not British or Commonwealth citizens will be required to show their valid passports upon arrival and give details of their next destination. Excludes caravans and camping.
- Pre-booking as a day visitor(s) is recommended at all sites, except for The Odney Club. It is a requirement for Brownsea Castle to ensure boat space is available.
- Day visitors of residents are welcome subject to availability and must be booked in with reception on arrival.
- Applicable day visitor fee must be paid on arrival.
- Partners or valid Hotel Members must accompany guests at all times.
- Partners may bring up to 2 guests.* During quiet periods, it may be possible to bring more at the discretion of the local management. *(Odney members are entitled to bring 4 guests when visiting Odney only
