Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all JLP Hotels services, offers, and locations. 

Partnership Hotels

Odney, Ambleside, Bala, Brownsea, Leckford Abbas, Leckford Lodges, camping, caravan pitches and Longstock House (non-exclusive bookings only). Bookings that are cancelled or curtailed will incur a charge as follows. The date of your stay is calculated from Midnight, not from the time of check-in.

  • Within 7 Days of the stay – 25% of the cost of the stay. (with the exception of Odney)
  • The day prior to your stay or on the day of your stay – 100% of the cost of the stay.
  • If the booking is placed within 7 days of the arrival date there is no charge unless this results in the stay being cancelled on the day of arrival or the day prior to arrival, when the full cost of the stay will be charged as above.
Partnership Caravans

Caravan Park bookings that are cancelled or curtailed incur the following charges. The date of your stay is calculated from Midnight, not from the time of check-in.

  • Within 4 Weeks of the stay – 50% of the cost of the stay.
  • Within 2 Weeks of the stay – 100% of the cost of the stay.
Business Bookings

Corporate cancellation policy and T&Cs can be found in your confirmation email.
Longstock House 'Exclusive use' bookings that are cancelled or curtailed incur the following charges. The date of your stay is calculated from Midnight, not from the time of check-in.

  • Within 4 Weeks of the stay – 25% of the cost of the stay.
  • Within 2 Weeks of the stay – 100% of the cost of the stay.
Bookings with missing details

For us to have all required details, bookings submitted with missing details such as contact numbers and guest names may not be confirmed and instead will be cancelled from the booking system.

Cancellations and No Shows
  • All cancellations must be made via email to the Partnership Hotel Central Reservations Team or via ‘manage my booking’ if the original booking was made online.
  • Cancellation, curtailment and no show fees will be charged to your registered credit or debit card.
  • In the event of a ‘no show’ on the booked check-in date, the full cost of the booking will be charged to the registered credit or debit card.
  • It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance for your booking.
