These terms and conditions apply to all JLP Hotels services, offers, and locations.
Charging Policy
Use of the Partnership Hotels is a subsidised benefit for both working and retired Partners, as well as families and friends. There is, however, a responsibility on your part, as a Partner/Member (either working or retired) at the time of your booking, to agree to settle any monies owed, including cancellations/curtailment fees, and/or charges for goods and services booked and/or taken.
- A credit/debit card is required to secure your booking. No payment will be deducted at the time of booking.
- We will only take card details via the Partnership Hotels online booking portal available via PartnerChoice and our hotel websites, or over the phone with the Central Reservations team which you may call on 01628 530011, or in person at our hotels. We will not ask for your card details by any other means including email, SMS or WhatsApp message. If you receive any such requests, please inform us immediately and do not act on them.
- Deductions are not made for meals included in the tariff but not taken.
- Confirmed bookings can not be curtailed to less than the minimum or set duration periods for the hotel/site.
- The total cost of your booking is determined by the number of rooms you select, the type of room/board and who will be occupying the room(s).
- Where you select a separate room that is suitable for multi-occupancy, and our single room allocation is already booked a supplement will be applied.
- Longstock House: A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your booking.
Partnership Caravan Payment due six weeks before your arrival
(JLP Hotel Reservations) We ask for payment to be made in full six weeks before your arrival date to Payment can be made by debit or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). We will also send you a reminder nearer the time.
