Our caravan at Kelling Heath (plot number 614) can sleep up to 6 people and is situated close to the Norfolk coast near Weybourne.
Set among 300 acres of woodland and open heathland the site offers plenty of activities, health and fitness club, indoor pool & outdoor heated summer pool. In addition, there are places to eat, a food store, launderette and WiFi access areas.
Explore the unspoilt coastline, ride on a steam train to Sheringham (1 mile), book a show on Cromer pier (8 miles), visit Norwich (26 miles) or take a trip on the Norfolk Broads which are within easy reach.
The caravan comprises a king size bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom, a shower room, a well equipped open plan kitchen / diner and living room area with TV and DVD player. One of the sofas in the living room is a double sofa bed.

Directions:
By car – From Holt travelling north on the A148, turn left when you see a brown tourist sign “Kelling Heath” pointing left before the village of Bodham. Continue along the lane for a mile until you come to the park entrance on your left. Make a mental note that there is a turning on the left immediately after the first squirrel sign before proceeding straight ahead to the Owner's reception to sign in.

By train – Sheringham is the nearest train station. Taxis are available from the station to the park and the journey takes about 10 minutes.
Arrival & Departure:
- Check-in from 4pm on day of arrival
- Check-out by 9am on day of departure
The key to the Caravan is located in the Key safe outside the Caravan; the code for the key safe will be given to you at the time of payment. The key must be returned to the key safe at the end of your stay. The alarm is located in the right-hand cupboard as you enter the van.
Main reception is open daily from 9.00am – 8.00pm. Please contact the park in advance (01263 588181) to make alternative arrangements for late arrival key collection.
The following is not provided:
- Towels, tea towels, shower mats
- Food & drink
- Cleaning materials (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloth and any other cleaning liquids etc.)
- Toilet rolls / bin liners for under cupboard kitchen bin
General:
- A boot tray is provided by the entry door as no shoes should be worn inside the caravan
- The boiler (heating/hot water) is in the shower room, the room thermostat is in the lounge
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING
- NO PETS ALLOWED
Cleaning, breakages & security
Partners are responsible for leaving the caravan clean and tidy on departure and specifically, for the emptying of the fridge freezer and removal of all rubbish. The caravan will be sanitised in between stays by a professional cleaner and a check made for damage, breakages and cleanliness. If the caravan is left in a ‘really dirty’ state requiring additional cleaning, then a £45 additional cleaning charge will be made against you and future bookings could be denied.
