Perran Sands

Set within a conservation area of sand dunes, with direct steep access to a large sandy beach, huge ocean waves and a surf school, it is ideal for surfing beginners.

The park has many sporting facilities including a heated outdoor and indoor pool with flume, an adventure golf course and a climbing wall. In addition there is entertainment laid on, plenty of places to eat, a food store, laundrette and Wi-Fi access areas. 

Perranporth and St Agnes have good local amenities. Riding stables are located opposite the park entrance and nearby is an 18 hole golf course. Attractions include the National Maritime Museum at Falmouth 19 miles and The Eden Project 24 miles.

The caravan comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite cloakroom, two twin bedrooms, a shower room, a well-equipped open plan kitchen (with dishwasher)/ diner and living room area with TV and built in DVD player.

Directions:
By Car - From Exeter take the A30 through Devon and Cornwall. 1 mile beyond the wind farm roundabout, turn right onto the B3285 towards Perranporth. Perran Sands Holiday Park is on the right after the village of Goonhaven and before you go down the hill into Perranporth. If programming your SAT NAV device, please use postcode: TR6 0AQ. This will guide you directly to Perran Sands where you will be able to follow the signs to the park. You can also use Google maps for a door to door route planner.

By Train - Take the train to Truro where there is a bus link straight to the park.

Arrival & Departure:

  • Check-In - from 3.30pm on day of arrival
  • Check-Out - by 10.30am on day of departure

The key to the Caravan is located in the Key safe outside the Caravan, the code for the key safe will given to you at time of payment. your complimentary Privilege Passes allowing you 15% discount in the eateries & off of paid activities will be left in your Caravan for your arrival. The passes must be left in the Caravan at the end of your stay and key returned to the key safe.  

Main Reception is open daily from 9.00am-6.00pm

Main season: Mid March to end October

The following is not provided:

  • Towels, tea towels, bath mat & shower mat
  • Food and drinks
  • Cleaning materials (washing up liquid and any other cleaning liquids etc)
  • Toilet roll 

General:

  • Boot trays are provided as no shoes should be worn inside the caravan
  • Please make yourself familiar with instructions on the use of the heating/hot water system which are available in the caravan
  • STRICTLY NO SMOKING
  • No pets are allowed on the site or inside the caravans

Cleaning:

The Caravan is professionally serviced between each visit; however Partners are still responsible for emptying the fridge and rubbish bins before departing and should leave the caravan in a tidy state. Please ensure all kitchen crockery and, cutlery etc is thoroughly washed before departing and you vacate the caravan by check-out time.

Breakages:

For any urgent Maintenance issues please report to the owners reception who will arrange for an engineer to visit the van to resolve the issue. For any breakages or for non urgent repairs please contact Leckford Lodges and Camping on 01264 810371 or leckford.lodges@johnlewis.co.uk

Security:

The Partnership is not responsible for any loss of personal items during your stay or for anything left in the caravan upon departure

  • Owners only swimming session are available along with other on site activities, these are bookable at either the Activity Hub or the owners only reception.
