Devon Cliffs is a six berth caravan close to Exmouth on the Jurassic coast.
It is sited within a holiday complex which has an award-winning private sandy beach, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools with water slide, and a full range of activities including abseiling, climbing and archery. In addition there is entertainment laid on, plenty of places to eat, a food store, laundrette and Wi-Fi access areas.
Travel away from the Park and explore the local countryside and coastline. Attractions include Bicton Park Botanical Gardens 7 miles, Crealy Adventure Park 12 miles and Powderham Castle 15 miles. World of County Life is a farm park located just outside the Holiday Park and is recommended to visit with young families. The onsite beach can get busy during school holidays, Exmouth beach is less than a 10 minute drive and is very spacious with plenty of parking.
This modern caravan has one double bedroom with en-suite cloakroom & hairdryer, two twin bedrooms, a shower room, a well-equipped open plan kitchen diner and living room area with television and USB charging at various point. The veranda with outside seating has a beautiful view across across the Cliffs.
Due to the location of the site there is very limited mobile network on site and in the caravan and we would reccommend that guests make use of the free WIFI available within the entertainment complex

Directions:
By Car - Take Junction 30 off the M5, then take the A376 signposted to Exmouth. As you come into the outskirts of Exmouth take the left turn at the traffic lights to follow signs for Budleigh Salterton / Littleham / Sandy Bay, this will bring you directly to the Park. If programming your SAT NAV device, please use postcode: EX8 5BT. This will guide you directly to Devon Cliff where you will be able to follow the signs to the Park. You can also use Google Maps for a door to door route planner.
By train – The nearest train station is Exmouth (3 miles from the park).
Arrival & Departure:
- Check-In - from 3.30pm on day of arrival
- Check-Out - by 10.30am on day of departure
The key to the Caravan is located in the Key safe outside the Caravan, the code for the key safe will given to you at time of payment. your complimentary Privilege Passes allowing you 15% discount in the eateries & off of paid activities will be left in your Caravan for your arrival. The passes must be left in the Caravan at the end of your stay and key returned to the key safe.
Main Reception is open daily from 9.00am-6.00pm

The following is not provided:
- Towels, tea towels, bath mat & shower mat.
- Food and drinks
- Cleaning materials (washing up liquid and any other cleaning liquids etc)
- Toilet roll
General:
- Boot trays are provided as no shoes should be worn inside the caravan
- Please make yourself familiar with instructions on the use of the heating/hot water system which are available in the caravan
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING
- No pets are allowed on the site or inside the caravans
Cleaning:
The Caravan is professionally serviced between each visit; however Partners are still responsible for emptying the fridge and rubbish bins before departing and should leave the caravan in a tidy state. Please ensure all kitchen crockery and, cutlery etc is thoroughly washed before departing and you vacate the caravan by check-out time.
Breakages:

Security:
The Partnership is not responsible for any loss of personal items during your stay or for anything left in the caravan upon departure.

You can also order a takeaway or delivery to the Caravan, when placing your order include the first 4 digits from the privilege pass in the promotion box and you will receive 15% off the price of the order.
- Owners only swimming session are available along with other on site activities, these are bookable at either the Activity Hub or the owners only reception.
